Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 serving instant noodles
  • 1 cup ½ cup firm tofu, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 Tbsp Gochugaru (Optional for an extra spicy kick)
  • 1 Pinch Dashi (Optional)
Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe container, combine white miso paste, chili oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, gochugaru, dashi, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Add vermicelli noodles on top of the miso mixture.
  3. Layer cubed tofu, shredded cabbage, sliced green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and sesame seeds over the noodles.
  4. When ready to eat, pour water into the container until it covers the ingredients & shake well
  5. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes until hot.
  6. Stir well to combine all ingredients and enjoy your spicy miso noodle meal.
